Grist mill built in 1855 by slave labor, site of both Union and Confederate soldieres in 1864. Mill open and operating during country fair each May and October. Grounds open daylight hours year-round for fishing and enjoying the outdoors.

Directions: On GA Hwy 2, near Varnell, approximately 12 miles north of Dalton
